I came from Taiwan in 1977 where I lived in Delaware until the mid-1980’s.
During that time, I taught Chinese Cooking Classes and catering, mainly in Delaware Lewes and Rehoboth beach area.
When I moved to Seattle, I start travelling worldwide including Europe and Asia.
I really enjoy French cuisine and start taking cooking classes in London (Cordon Bleu), Paris (Ritz hotel master’s program), southern France, Normandy, and several courses in Taiwan.
Cooking is my passion and I wit my extension experience I create East meets West dishes plus traditional food.
My goal is always to make sure every meal made is well present as well as being delicious and to ensure that clients are happy and relaxed.

I hold cooking classes when requested, lunch time catering (small groups), lunch boxes and (my favorite), Chef de Table for small (6 - 8 people) groups. Please contact me for more information. I also provide Personal Chef services, where I am available for preparing a meal in your kitchen.
